Wow, been a while
So much has been going on that i have not sat down to journal. JE has been transitioning us into a new computer and i am still trying to figure it all out. He is the talented one, i considere myself quite challenged in that area! We have some sad news. We lost two of the pups to phenomonia, one at four weeks and one at six weeks. It was a little too draining for me. The vet did a puppy autopsy when we lost the second one and found out what it was. Puppies are just like newborns and are quite prone to illnesses. Seems there was not much we could do. On a brighter note, we have been assembling an aquirium that some nieghbors left us before they moved. We are learning a lot about our finned friends and how to take care of them. (hope they are not likely to get phenomia!!) It has been fun. It is in the middle of our downstairs so we get to enjoy it all the time. The sound of the pump is like a water fountain and is quite soothing. (it probably would have been cheaper and easier to buy one of those cute fountains!) This last round of Taxotere hit pretty hard. Lots of nasuea, heartburn, aching bones and fatigue. I am on the upward climb right now but due for chemo "lite" tomorrow. I have been using some of my time to work in the yard. A little at a time i am getting things ready for spring. Our yard is huge and the more i work the bigger is seems to get! I hear a little one waking for a busy day so i best be going.
